The goal of this site is simple: I want to make it fast and easy for you to find the very best books.
I've combed through large lists of the world's best books, seeking out the gems. I have researched, read heaps of reviews, looked at customer feedback, dug deeply into the world's bookshelves for the gems, and picked out what I think are the absolute winners from the pack. Then I laid them all out, organized by subject, in easy-to-navigate tables where you can compare them for yourself.
That's it! Some of the books are available through Amazon.com - and some, especially the old stuff of which copyright has expired, are available FREE through Google Books.
